– When you come in Sunday come to our office you will need to register to be able to bid. To register costs $50. If you do not buy anything you will get your $50 back and if you do buy something it will go off your purchase like a deposit.
– There is a 15% buyer’s premium on top of the knock down price on every item you purchase at Auction
– *If you do not buy anything you will have 48 hours to pick up your deposit or it will be deemed abandoned*
If you purchased goods at the Auction on Sunday, you will not be able to pick anything up until after the Auction has ended Or Monday between 9am-4pm
If you purchase goods from our ‘Buy it now’ section we allow 2 or 3 days for the goods to be picked up.
Absentee bidding: When a customer can’t make it to the Auction, they will call us Sunday morning on 97086626 and tell us the lot number of the item they are interested in and their maximum bid. We will then go and bid on that customer’s behalf when it goes to up for Auction.
Phone bidding: Depending on the item when a customer can’t make it to the Auction, they will call us Sunday morning on 97086626 and tell us the lot number of the item they are interested in and then when the item goes up for Auction we will call them and the customer can bid live over the phone as if they were here.
NO, AUCTION ITEMS CAN BE PURCHASED BEFORE AUCTION.
BUT.. We do have a ‘buy it now’ section that is available to purchase from every day of the week! *we restock it and make everything pretty again Thursday*
It is very important that you pick up your items in the allocated time *Either Sunday within one hour after the Auction has ended or Monday between 9-4*
If you are not sure if you can pick up your item please arrange for someone else to pick them up, arrange a driver *we can also get you a quote* or do not bid on any items.
If you do not pick up your items within the pickup days your items will be deemed abandoned and we will take things further.
No sorry. We are open 7 days a week and offer viewing every Friday / Saturday for our customers to inspect all of our items. We always suggest viewing the items before you purchase even if your item is deemed to be brand new just encase as we do not offer returns or exchanges.
If you have made a mistake, you should alert the Auctioneer immediately so they can decide how to proceed. Failing to alert us immediately will mean that the item will be sold to you and is legally yours as per our Terms & Conditions.
We only accept goods we know are suitable for our Auctions. If you are wanting to sell any items through our Auctions we would suggest you sending photos of the items and roughly how much you are wanting to achieve for each item to email@example.com or private message us on Facebook and we will get back to you as soon as possible to let you know if the goods are suitable for our Auctions or not.
